To ensure a full festival experience for all participants, it is the policy of GHMF that each ensemble must arrive at the festival venue at least ONE HOUR BEFORE the selected performance time and must not be scheduled to depart the festival venue until at least TWO HOURS AFTER the selected performance time. If musicians or directors are part of more than one ensemble, there must be at least TWO HOURS BETWEEN the performance times of these ensembles. GHMF cannot accommodate ensembles delayed by traffic, weather, late buses, etc. By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above policies and have planned accordingly.
